Kerry Lancaster, DVM

After getting a Bachelor of Science in both Animal and Veterinary Science at the University of Illinois.  Dr. Lancaster earned his DVM at the College of Veterinary Medicine in 1998.  After veterinary school he moved to New Jersey with his wife, also a veterinarian, so she could pursue a surgical internship.  Together they returned to the western Chicagoland suburbs in 2000 where they continue to practice small animal medicine.

Dr. Lancaster writes, "I have always loved animals and knew early on that I wanted to be a veterinarian.  The most rewarding part of my job is getting to know my patients and their families and seeing them grow from puppyhood into adulthood and beyond.  I enjoy promoting preventative medicine and helping to keep important family members healthy".

Dr. Lancaster enjoys running, fishing and boating, but most of all, spending time with his family.  In addition to two daughters, their family includes two dogs (Polly and Ferd) and a cat named Finn.
